Legendary Evertonians are a hit with visitors

Ten former Everton players and managers descended on the National Football Museum recently to meet fans, sign memorabilia and pose for photographs.  Hundreds of fans queued patiently to meet ex managers Howard Kendall and Gordon Lee and players John Bailey, Alan Ainscow, Dave Hickson, Derek Temple, Duncan McKenzie, Ronnie Goodlass and Neville Southall and Gary Stevens, both who played for Howard Kendall in the legendary double winning team of 1984/85 season.

Museum Manager David Pearson said ‘We are so grateful to them all for giving up their time to meet our visitors.  The signing sessions always go down well and we’re looking forward to more events with ex players from other clubs in the near future.  Many thanks also to EPS Signings for organising this on behalf of the museum’.
